insight

Looks can be deceiving…

Our aim is to get under the skin of issues. Things may look different and taste similar or look similar and taste different. The smallest detail can make the biggest difference.

We have learned that every project needs to be treated as unique. They all raise new questions that require careful attention before new understanding and insight can be extracted. We create insight by focusing on the following:

  • Experiential processes:  We design processes that invite participants to think creatively, solve problems and develop ideal models.
  • Working with potential:  We protect and nourish ‘delicate’ creative ideas by focusing on what is working well rather than only on what is wrong.
  • Application of findings:  We are passionate about how findings can be used and how they fit with the wider context of social and psychological theory and models of behaviour change.
